Welcome to Thriveora. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of courses, info-products, and goods offered by Thriveora (the "Company"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Services
1.1 Description
Thriveora offers coaching sessions, live workshops, and custom programs focused on confidence and mindset growth. Our services are designed to support personal development and lasting transformation.
1.2 Scheduling and Fulfillment
Once you enroll in a service, you will receive confirmation with details on dates, times, and any preparation materials. It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, see our refund policy below.
1.3 Refund Policy for Services
If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund of funds paid. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule a session or workshop once by notifying us at least 7 days before the original date, subject to availability. Group workshops require significant preparation and are final sale; no refunds or rescheduling options are available for group events.
2. Info-Products
2.1 Description
Info-products include digital courses, e-books, guides, and downloadable materials designed to help you build confidence and cultivate a growth mindset.
2.2 Delivery
After purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital materials via the email address provided at checkout.
2.3 Refund Policy for Info-Products
Due to the digital nature of our info-products, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, please submit your request via the contact form. After 7 days or if you have accessed more than 20% of the content, all sales are final.
3. Physical Goods
3.1 Description
Physical goods refer to any tangible products sold through Thriveora, such as journals, workbooks, or branded merchandise.
3.2 Shipping and Delivery
We ship goods to the address provided at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3.3 Refund and Backshipping Policy for Goods
Customers may ship back physical goods within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when shipping the item back, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the shipping fee or offer an interaction.
4. Changes to Terms
Thriveora reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
